As of September 16, 2022, the Medical Pain Center, P.C. is permanently closed and Dr. Richard Belatti has retired. If you have seen Dr. Belatti previously and need further treatment, please contact your primary care physician, orthopedic surgeon, or neurosurgeon and they can make the appropriate referral.
Each and every time Dr. Belatti has seen a patient in the office or has provided treatment at the Midwest Surgical Hospital, a copy of the patient's office visit report and procedure report has been sent to both the patient's primary care physician and to the referring physician or specialist surgeon. Therefore, if you have previously been seen by Dr Belatti, your other physicians should have a full record of the medical care he has provided to you.
